Mask Update:
As of June 11, 2022, the Chief Medical Officer of Health has announced that mask mandates in most settings will end. Here at Kanata massage Therapy Limited, our therapists have chosen to continue masking. Cleaning protocols and Covid-19 Pre-Screening will remain in place.
For clients: Masking is recommended, but not required.

Due to COVID-19 regulations, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. Please wait outside or in your vehicle if you arrive too early. This allows us to limit the amount of people in the reception area.

Our Team
We have a select team of five therapists who have extensive experience in working with a variety of medical conditions. Every member of our team possesses a high degree of knowledge in the profession and we combine our hands on skills with a personal and caring touch. Each of our team members brings a unique set of skills and training.
Elissa Neveu, RMT
Congratulations Elissa on the new ownership of Kanata Massage Therapy Limited. Elissa Neveu has been an RMT since 2007. Elissa has experience treating sports injuries, headaches and back and neck tension. Elissa incorporates various techniques including Swedish Massage and Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy into her treatment-focused massages.
Elissa strives to encourage the mind/body balance in each client by providing massage therapy that not only decreases pain and muscle tension, but also results in increased emotional balance and relaxation. Elissa is available during the day part time.

Nancy Aubin, RMT
Nancy has had many positive results helping individuals suffering from chronic pain. She uses a combination of assessments, advanced techniques and homecare that she adapts to each individual to give them the therapy and treatment they need.
Nancy continually upgrades her skills taking courses. She is trained in neural and visceral manipulation, cranial sacral therapy and fascial/muscle energy techniques. Her clients have had success with their headaches and migraines using a combination of massage and cranial sacral therapy.
Nancy's works early morning, days, evenings and some weekends and welcomes new clients to her practice.
Dana Mellway, RMT
Dana has been registered as an RMT since 2008. She is certified in structural integration treatment and has experience treating athletes, muscular dysfunctions and pregnant women. Her techniques include Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Technique and Myofascial Release.
Dana encourages keeping muscles healthy through activity, stretching and massage therapy. Dana believes that by keeping your muscles healthy through physical activity, stretching and massage therapy, you can decrease chronic or acute physical discomforts.
Dana is not accepting new clients during the Covid-19 pandemic. Dana's schedule is open to returning clients only.
Wendy Parker, B.A., RMT
Wendy Parker is on a leave of absence until mid August, 2022. Wendy has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 24 years. After receiving her B.A. from Carleton University, she went on to study Massage Therapy.
Wendy has the privilege of treating clients who face challenges such as cancer diagnosis and treatment, muscular-skeletal disorders, fibromyalgia and PTSD. She has completed continuing education courses such as pregnancy massage, cancer & massage and evidence-based prevention of low back pain.
Wendy is not available for online booking and is not accepting new clients. If you are an existing client please email the office to contact Wendy.
Kyle Lessard, RMT
Kyle has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016 specializing in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, chronic pain and sports injuries. His treatments focus on decreasing pain, reducing muscle tension, increasing circulation, increasing range of motion, decreasing stress and promoting muscle and tissue health.
He has found success in treating conditions such as computer neck, sciatica, headaches and migraines, repetitive strain injuries, tendonitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, chronic back pain, and frozen shoulder. Kyle works Monday's from 3pm until 9:00pm and Friday's from 10:00am to 4:30pm.
Katelyn Savard, RMT
Katelyn is currently on maternity leave and will return in September 2022.
Katelyn graduated Algonquin College’s advanced diploma program for Massage Therapy in 2010 and is registered with the CMTO.
Her treatments focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, pain and tension relief. Katelyn incorporates various techniques including but not limited to Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy (including Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy).
Katelyn's clients gain relief with their back, neck and shoulder pain, overuse syndromes, scar tissue restrictions, tension headaches as well as pregnancy related aches and pains.
Katelyn will work with you to tailor your treatment to your specific needs and goals. She believes that a combination of massage therapy and remedial exercise can greatly improve general well being. She welcomes new clients and is available Wednesday to Saturday.
